Spires
Spires is a South London based charity that helps hundreds of homeless and disadvantaged people all year round. We work to improve the quality of life of people who are homeless, insecurely housed, unemployed or suffering from the effects of poverty, mental ill health and loneliness.
By offering a range of help and developmental services through our centre and outreach sessions, our aim is to enable our service users to move away from the chaos of the streets and towards greater lifestyle stability for a brighter and more hopeful future.
St Mathews Project
The St. Matthew’s Project started life in the summer of 2004 and has developed, literally, from a kick-about in the local park for young people from one estate in Brixton, St. Matthew’s.
The Nehemiah Project
For over 20 years The Nehemiah Project has been helping vulnerable men and ex-offenders to rebuild their lives, both in prison and out in the community. Almost all have a history of crime and addiction which has severely affected them, their families and the wider community.
Stockwell Good Neighbours
Stockwell Good Neighbours is a charitable organisation that provides a weekly club for older, mainly West Indian elders but is inclusive to all over 60. There are 70 members who meet on a Monday at the Oval House theatre, Kennington to take part in a wide range of activities designed to keep minds and bodies active.
Clapham Park Project
The Clapham Park Project was established in 2000 as an Area Based Initiative delivery vehicle for a New Deal for Communities (N.D.C) Programme in Clapham Park. The neighbourhood was one of Lambeth’s most disadvantaged areas, it had been long neglected with sub-standard housing, significant levels of deprivation, worklessness, poverty and crime.

Lambeth Mencap
Lambeth Mencap is grateful to The Thrale Almshouse and Relief In Need Charity for their generous donation towards the running of the 25+ Club. Established in 1953 Lambeth Mencap is an independent local voluntary charity affiliated to, but financially independent from National Mencap. We provide a variety of services and activities to people with learning disabilities and/or autism, their families and carers. We currently support over 300 people in the boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark.

Faiths Together in Lambeth (FTiL) is an independent, Lambeth-wide body, fostering constructive relationships among faith communities and promoting faith and multi-faith involvement in the civic life of the Borough.
South London Drop-in Centre for refugees and asylum seekers
We provide expert advice, specialist services and effective support to refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable migrants in South London. We work with adults, families and young people so that they can build stable lives for themselves.
St Thomas Garden
To the south side of the Church building, work has been going on to transform an area of waste ground into a Community Garden.
Home Cooks
Home Cooks Project puts people in Streatham in touch with older neighbours who would appreciate a home-cooked meal brought round from time to time.
Anyone in SW16 or immediate surrounding areas can become a cook; you just need to like cooking and be able to make an extra portion of food to take round to a neighbour.
Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses
Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses is a vibrant community garden situated in Brockwell Park. Our charity is committed to enabling a diverse range of local residents, schools and visitors to increase their knowledge, improve their wellbeing, and to create greener communities. Our education work with local schools, families, young people and adults is critical to this vision as we strive to inspire local residents about the value of plants and wildlife in their lives.
Streatham Common Community Garden
Streatham Common Community Garden is located in the Rookery on Streatham Common.
You will find us through a black wooden gate at the bottom of the Rookery public garden, at the end of Streatham Common South.

Disability Advice Service Lambeth (DASL) is a Disabled People's Organisation which works with disabled people, including those with mental health support needs, older people and carers, mainly in the London Borough of Lambeth.
